Teller County Sheriff Department’s K-9 Unit
21st September 2010
Lending a barking hand. Courageous members of the Teller County Sheriff Department’s K-9 unit prepare for another day on the job. These loyal canines, whose training is paid for out of the pockets of sheriff deputies, have become an integral part of drug searches, bomb threats and other investigations headed up by the Teller sheriff’s agency. Their use in solving crimes is expected to increase due to growing demands for local law officers.
